Job summary

BNY is seeking a Vice President, Reconciliation to join the Managed Account Solutions team in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. You will perform in-depth reconciliation analysis, identify trends and root causes, and drive recommended solutions while leading reconciliation engagements across business areas.

The role oversees testing and implementation of reconciliation software, presents findings to senior stakeholders, and mentors junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-12 years of total work experience; experience in financial services preferred.
• Ability to decipher complex root causes of reconciliation breaks and interpret detailed data analyses.
• Experience with reconciliation software testing, implementation validation, and oversight of testing by junior staff.
• People leadership experience preferred.

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Reconciliation to join our Managed Account Solutions team. This Vice President, Reconciliation role supports the Managed Account Solutions team by performing in-depth reconciliation analysis, identifying trends and root causes, and driving recommended solutions.
