Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking a VP, RTP Business Product Management to shape the future of real-time payments. This leader translates market needs and enterprise strategy into differentiated RTP products, capabilities, and use cases across the product lifecycle, from discovery to launch and optimization, collaborating across Business, Technical Product Management, Sales, and Risk & Compliance.

The role requires Pragmatic Product Management, strong commercial instincts, and a first-line risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in finance, business, economics, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive product management experience, preferably in payments/financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment products, operations, and market dynamics, including instant/faster payments.
• Ability to translate strategy into executable roadmaps with commercial outcomes.
• Analytical and financial acumen to drive data-based decisions.
• Proven risk maturity to identify, articulate and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

• Translate RTP strategy into market-driven product plans and roadmaps for segments and use cases.
• Lead RTP products through full lifecycle: discovery, business case, requirements, launch, adoption, and end-of-life decisions.
• Drive market discovery and customer engagement with financial institutions and other stakeholders.
• Develop product positioning, value propositions, and enablement with Sales and Marketing partners.
• Use data to establish priorities, monitor adoption, and recommend actions for better outcomes.
• Collaborate with RTP Technical Product Management to articulate requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, pilots, and launch readiness activities with clear milestones and risks.
