Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, fund management, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or related field.
• Demonstrated mastery of financial modeling (testing required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and oversight of fund-level and investor-level financial models.
• Forecast fund performance with scenario modeling, sensitivity analyses, covenants, liquidity optimization.
• Oversee fund cash management, budgets, forecasts, and portfolio reviews.
