Headquartered in New York, RXR manages a diversified portfolio of real estate credit, rental housing, commercial property, and property technology investments through value-added and opportunistic strategies.The Associate will support the portfolio management of RXR existing and new real estate private equity and debt funds. Day-to-day responsibilities include fund and portfolio management, financial forecasting and reporting, and cross-team coordination to ensure timely execution of portfolio business plans. The role also involves LP investor reporting, synthesizing portfolio insights into accurate and timely fund updates and materials.Key responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed fund-level and investor-level financial models, preparing and updating fund cash flow models, monitoring liquidity and covenant compliance, and coordinating with asset and accounting teams on valuations, reforecasts, and portfolio analytics. The Associate will also support portfolio optimization analyses such as sale vs. hold decisions, recapitalizations, and refinancing scenarios, as well as conduct return attribution and benchmarking analyses.This role requires close collaboration with acquisitions, asset management, strategy, product development, and accounting teams to produce rigorous analytics and support strategic capital allocation decisions.
