Bridge Fund Financial Services is seeking a Vice President of Fund Analytics to own fund-level analytics, performance measurement, and reporting. The role partners with Investment, Finance, Investor Relations, and senior leadership to support decision-making, fund management, and investor communications.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years in private equity or related financial roles, with advanced modeling and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in private equity, asset management, alternatives, investment analytics, fund operations, or related financial roles.
• Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, performance metrics, and cash flow dynamics.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills; exceptional Excel proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead fund-level analytics across investment vehicles, owning IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and attribution analysis.
• Analyze historical and projected fund performance to inform strategy and capital allocation decisions.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI and Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, DAX).
• Support quarterly reporting, investor presentations, fundraising, and due diligence with Investor Relations.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of analytics across internal and external materials.
• Collaborate with Investment, Finance, Fund Accounting, and Operations to maintain data integrity.
