Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced accounting leader for private equity real estate. The role focuses on GAAP-compliant financial reporting for property- and fund-level entities, coordinating with fund administrators and handling investor reporting.

You will oversee audits, tax, and regulatory filings across Cayman, Jersey, Luxembourg, and US entities, while leading cash flow planning and valuation support for deal teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates GAAP-compliant financial reporting across private equity real estate entities.
• Experience interpreting limited partnership agreements and complex fund structures.
• CPA preferred with exposure to fund administration and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead GAAP-compliant financial reporting for property- and fund-level entities.
• Review fund administrator deliverables, including NAVs, capital calls, and investor pricing.
• Manage audits, tax, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
• Serve as primary accounting contact for lenders and institutional investors.
• Oversee forecasting, cash flow planning, and investor reporting.
• Develop new processes using software and AI tools to automate schedules.
