Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced finance leader to oversee master feeder funds and fund accounting cycles, ensuring accurate NAV packages and investor reporting. The role includes audits coordination, team supervision, and cross-functional client coordination.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in asset management or fund accounting, leadership experience, and proficiency in Investran and investor portals. Strong knowledge of private debt, real estate, and private equity fund structures is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or related discipline.
8+ years in asset management or fund accounting.
2+ years leading teams or supervising staff.
Experience with multi-tier master-feeder fund structures.
Exposure to investor reporting and audit processes.

Responsibilities

Oversee master feeder funds and daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting cycles.
Prepare wire/ACH transfers for payments, funding, and distributions.
Set up schedules for capital calls, distributions, and management fees.
Produce NAV packages and investor reporting with accuracy.
Lead audit processes and coordinate with tax support.
Supervise staff accounts and provide on-the-job training.
Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
