Blue Owl is seeking a detail oriented, hands on accounting executive to manage one of its digital infrastructure private equity funds. This Vice President will institutionalize practices, work with a collaborative team, and oversee fund accounting activities for global entities.

The role emphasizes GAAP‑compliant reporting, fund administration oversight, and interaction with lenders and investors across multiple jurisdictions. A CPA and extensive PE real estate experience are preferred.

Formación

• Seven+ years of private equity real estate accounting experience.
• Understanding of complex fund structures including foreign currency exposure and hedging.
• Experience with reporting investment activity to institutional investors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead accurate, GAAP‑compliant financial reporting for property‑level and fund‑level entities.
• Review and manage fund administrator deliverables and NAV calculations.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and fund administrators globally.
• Serve as primary accounting contact for lenders and investors, including debt reporting.
