Infleqtion seeks a VP, Advanced Systems to lead the Advanced Systems function within the Quantum Sensing Solutions business unit. The role drives capture excellence from opportunity qualification through proposal, negotiations, and award, building a high-performing AS capture team and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, business, or a related technical field.
15+ years in aerospace/defense/national security or related markets with capture leadership experience.
Proven track record leading complex captures resulting in contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead Advanced Systems capture management and governance across QSS.
Staff, train, and manage ASM personnel for qualified opportunities.
Oversee capture strategy, win themes, and customer engagement for major opportunities.
Coordinate with BD, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and leadership to ensure compliant, competitive proposals.
Manage capture forecasts, budgets, and portfolio health.
