Job summary

Infleqtion is seeking a Vice President, Advanced Systems to lead the capture organization within the Quantum Sensing Solutions unit. You will own the capture process from qualification through award, build a high-performance team, and align pursuits with strategic objectives.

The role requires proven leadership in complex government and commercial bids and a strong ability to coordinate across functions. The VP will shape strategies, partner with BA VPs, PMs, and operations to drive win

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in aerospace/defense/national security/advanced tech markets with capture leadership experience.
• Proven success leading complex captures resulting in contract awards with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and own the Advanced Systems capture function across opportunities and bids.
• Define and enforce the capture operating model, roles, gate criteria, and handoffs.
• Lead or oversee capture strategy development, including win themes, pricing posture, and teaming.
• Support bid/no-bid decisions, ROM, proposals, and investor reviews through award.
• Manage the ASM staff and staffing allocations; build a high-performing team.
