You will manage a team and collaborate across the CCB Data Analytics organization to deliver scalable data solutions. The role emphasizes data-driven innovation, strategic analytics, and responsible governance with a focus on AI adoption and clear senior leadership communication.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field).
• Experience: 8+ years delivering high-impact data solutions.
• AI enablement: Hands-on experience integrating AI agents to improve analytics delivery.
• Tools and programming: 5+ years with Alteryx, Python, Tableau.
• Data management: Proficiency in SQL and foundational data table operations; data architecture concepts.
• Analytical and communication: Ability to design/evaluate metrics and communicate technical concepts.
• People leadership: Experience managing diverse, multi-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the data & analytics strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and develop the Quant Analytics Data Analysts team.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align deliverables with business needs.
• Drive advanced analytics delivery and translate needs into data solutions.
