Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President in Emerging Capabilities within the Data Analytics & Intelligent Automation team. You will lead discovery, evaluation, and adoption of innovative tools—cloud analytics, BI, workflow automation, and embedded AI—to drive ROI and smarter operations.

You will partner with stakeholders, technology, and UX teams to plan roadmaps, define success metrics, and ensure scalable adoption across Risk Management & Compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in automation, analytics, AI, or adjacent product/enablement roles with proven tool adoption at scale.
• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Sigma, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, Tableau, Alteryx and/or UiPath.
• Experience implementing, evaluating, or managing cloud-based and SaaS platforms with deployment, integration, and security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Discover, evaluate, and pilot emerging tools with hands-on assessments and PoC builds.
• Champion adoption at scale through outreach, stakeholder engagement, and change management.
• Own product roadmaps and influence prioritization with vendors and internal teams.
• Define success metrics for engagement and adoption, and drive value realization through measurement.
• Design and deliver training and awareness programs for non-technical audiences.
• Provide consulting support balancing business requirements, risk, and total cost of ownership.
• Formalize and promote best practices for emerging tools in partnership with developers.
• Plan, implement, and accelerate tool rollouts with UX teams.
• Collaborate with AI Enablement to align on strategy and operating model.
