Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in the Global Services Data Analytics team to lead complex data initiatives from discovery to implementation.

You will translate ambiguous business needs into data, integration, validation, and governance requirements, and coordinate across Business, Product, Technology, and governance partners to ensure trusted data for controlled execution. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or related field in complex environments.
• Experience leading ambiguous data initiatives through requirements, design, validation, and adoption.
• Experience across heterogeneous systems with data quality and lifecycle considerations.
• Strong SQL proficiency across relational or cloud platforms and ability to work with engineers.
• Experience producing documented dictionaries, mappings, and metadata.
• Excellent communication across business and technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery for complex data and end-to-end initiatives, distinguishing business outcomes from reports or datasets.
• Investigate product definitions, systems of record, identifiers, business rules, interfaces, and downstream dependencies to identify gaps.
• Evaluate options within strategy guardrails, determine reuse, connection, integration, automation, or human judgment needs.
• Translate needs into implementation-ready requirements covering data structures, sources, interfaces, transformation logic, controls, ownership, validation criteria, and open decisions.
• Partner with Business, Product, Technology, Data Owners, and Data Stewards to connect trusted data to controlled execution and downstream use.
• Formalize entities, identifiers, lifecycle stages, metrics, source relationships, assumptions, and limitations with documentation and SME input.
• Develop reusable patterns for product discovery, source access, identifier linkage, lifecycle and event mapping, validation, synchronization, and onboarding.
