Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a Vice President, Emerging Capabilities in the Data Analytics & Intelligent Automation team to lead discovery, evaluation, and adoption of innovative tools, including cloud-based analytics, BI, automation, and AI copilots, to strengthen risk management and deliver strong ROI.

You will partner with stakeholders, technology teams, and UX designers to plan roadmaps, run pilots, and scale deployments, while designing training programs and enabling non-technical users to succeed

Qualifications

8+ years in automation, analytics, AI, or adjacent enablement roles with scale adoption.
Experience with modern analytics and automation platforms across at least two programs.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
Strong communication skills and executive storytelling for non-technical audiences.
Experience partnering with vendors, tech teams, and UX/design for adoption.

Responsibilities

Discover, evaluate, and pilot emerging tools with hands-on assessments and PoCs.
Champion adoption at scale through stakeholder engagement and change management.
Own product roadmaps and influence prioritization with vendors and internal teams.
Define success metrics and drive value realization with ongoing reporting.
Design training programs to make new technologies accessible for non-technical audiences.
Provide consulting support balancing business needs, risk, and cost.
Promote best practices for emerging tools in partnership with developers.
Collaborate with development and UX teams to plan tool rollouts.
Align with AI Enablement to ensure strategy and operating model coherence.
