Job summary

US Health Partners, LLC seeks a Vice President of Product to direct strategy for its public-sector facing integrated hardware and software ecosystems. You will oversee edge-deployed devices, cameras, IoT and software, integrating ML/AI into the core product suite.

As a senior executive, you will rely on data to guide the product organization, align the Board around a clear growth roadmap, and supervise a team of Product Managers across multiple lines.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product leadership experience and building complex technologies.
• Domain expertise in hardware product development (cameras, IoT, robotics) with software/cloud platforms.
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) from R&D to mass production and global deployment.
• History of commercializing ML/AI within integrated hardware/software ecosystems.
• Business and financial acumen with margins, pricing, and revenue growth.
• Executive presence to lead with data and influence board decisions.
• Ability to recruit, retain, and develop product managers.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, CS, Business, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and strategy, unifying hardware with software platforms and AI/ML ecosystems.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from NPI through manufacturing and deployment.
• Scale the product organization with technical execution and strategic leadership.
• Use data and analytics to shape direction, prioritize development, and guide the executive team.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations on GTM strategies, pricing, and positioning.
• Build consensus across hardware, software, and supply chain teams with a collaborative approach.
• Gather market insights to anticipate trends in edge computing, computer vision, and IoT.
