Job summary

Stealth Company in California is seeking a Head of Product to lead end-to-end strategy and execution, owning the vision, roadmap, and prioritization in alignment with company goals. This full-time, on-site role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, go-to-market, and leadership teams to define requirements, deliver high-quality features, and launch new products.

Qualifications

• Ability to define and drive Product Strategy and Product Management activities, including roadmap ownership and lifecycle management.
• Proven experience leading product teams in a startup or high-growth environment, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management.
• Demonstrated success launching and iterating digital products, with familiarity in agile methodologies and experimentation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conducting market and customer research, analyzing usage and performance data, defining and refining product positioning, and managing the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Establish product management processes, mentor and grow the product team, and ensure that feedback from customers and stakeholders is systematically incorporated into the product.
• This role requires comfort with ambiguity, hands-on execution, and a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
