Qualifications

• 7+ years in medical personal injury operations.
• Experience with provider onboarding programs.
• Direct relationships with provider owners and practice admins.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Georgia providers (orthopedics, pain management, imaging, chiropractic, neurology, surgery centers, PT).
• Own provider relationships: contracts, credentialing, BAAs and day-to-day issues.
• Build and lead a team of provider success reps, records and billing coordinators, and credentialing specialist.
• Set standards for records, itemized bills, narratives, causation letters and affidavits.
• Partner with product to align platform with provider office workflows.
• Ensure provider relationships comply with anti-kickback rules, HIPAA and Georgia lien law.
