Job summary

Get Linked up LLC in Atlanta (Hybrid) seeks a Vice President to lead Provider Network & Medical Operations, owning the medical side of the business and shaping strategic growth. Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard Georgia providers (orthopedics, pain management, imaging, chiropractic, neurology, surgery centers, PT).
• Own provider relationships: contracts, credentialing, BAAs and day-to-day issues.
• Build and lead a team of provider success reps, records and billing coordinators, and credentialing specialist.
• Set standards for records, itemized bills, narratives, causation letters and affidavits.
• Partner with product to align platform with provider office workflows.
• Ensure provider relationships comply with anti-kickback rules, HIPAA and Georgia lien law.

Vicepresident Provider Network & Medical Operations at Get Linked up LLC

VP, Provider Network & Medical Operations | Case Portal | Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)

Case Portal is a provider network and technology platform for personal injury care. We connect credentialed medical providers with PI cases and handle onboarding, documentation and lien administration, so providers can focus on treating patients.

We're looking for a leader to own the medical side of the business.

What you'll do:

• Recruit and onboard Georgia providers: orthopedics, pain management, imaging, chiropractic, neurology, surgery centers and PT
• Own provider relationships: contracts, credentialing, BAAs and day-to-day issues
• Build and lead a team of provider success reps, records and billing coordinators, and a credentialing specialist
• Set standards for records, itemized bills, narratives, causation letters and affidavits
• Partner with product so the platform fits how provider offices actually work
• Keep provider relationships compliant with anti-kickback rules, HIPAA and Georgia lien law

What you bring:

• 7+ years on the medical side of personal injury
• Hands-on knowledge of LOPs, medical liens, reductions, CPT/ICD-10, HCFA-1500 and UB-04
• Direct relationships with provider owners and practice administrators
• Experience building and managing a team
• A track record of onboarding providers into a network, program or platform

Bonus points: RN, LPN or legal nurse consultant background, credentialing experience, or time at a medical lien funder or PI-focused provider group.

Location: Metro Atlanta (hybrid). Georgia-based, or bringing an existing Georgia provider network.
