A leading utility-scale renewable energy developer is seeking a Project Finance Lead / Vice President to lead the execution of project financings across a growing portfolio of renewable energy assets. This is a highly visible role for an experienced project finance professional who has led complex transactions from structuring through financial close.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead utility-scale project financing transactions from origination through closing, serving as the primary deal lead and internal point of contact.
• Drive the execution of construction loan financings, coordinating with legal counsel, technical consultants, tax equity partners, and external advisors.
• Manage relationships with construction lenders, term lenders, tax equity investors, and other financing partners.
• Structure and negotiate financing agreements while overseeing due diligence and transaction execution.
• Partner cross-functionally with development, legal, accounting, and executive leadership to ensure successful transaction outcomes.
• Focus on executing an active pipeline of financings rather than sourcing new development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of project finance experience within renewable energy or infrastructure.
• Prior experience at an IPP, renewable energy developer, infrastructure investor, or similar organization strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record as the lead on utility-scale project financing transactions.
• Direct, recent experience closing construction loan financings.
• Strong lender relationships across commercial banks and other project finance capital providers.
• Excellent transaction management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
