Madison Hunt, a leading U.S. solar and energy storage developer, seeks a Director of Project Finance to lead debt and tax equity execution across its growing project portfolio.

The role reports to the SVP of Capital Markets and owns the full financing lifecycle from structuring to close. You will be the primary relationship holder with lenders and tax equity investors, coordinate with EPC, Development, and BD teams on deal execution, and oversee financial modeling and due diligence to optimize

Qualificações

• 8+ years in structured or project finance with a developer, IPP, or PF lender.
• Deep knowledge of renewable energy capital structures including tax equity, construction debt, and term financing.
• Established relationships with active U.S. lenders and tax equity investors.
• Strong financial modeling skills and fluency in project finance documentation.

• Run RFP processes and oversee due diligence with technical and financial advisors
• Lead negotiation of term sheets and financing agreements alongside legal counsel

A leading U.S. solar and energy storage developer is hiring a Director of Project Finance to lead debt and tax equity execution across its growing portfolio. The company is a top-tier, vertically integrated renewable IPP with an active pipeline of utility-scale projects nationwide.

Reporting to the SVP of Capital Markets, the Director will own the full financing lifecycle from structuring through close, serve as a key relationship holder with the firm's capital provider community, and coordinate across EPC, Development, and BD teams on deal execution.
