Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Energy Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience executing renewable energy or infrastructure financings.
• A deep understanding of project finance structures, debt, tax equity, and structured capital.
• Experience managing transactions from structuring through financial close.
• Experience working with lenders and other capital providers.

• Finance and execute a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across development, investments, legal, accounting, and commercial functions.
• Lead transactions from initial structuring through financial close.
