Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Energy Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience executing renewable energy or infrastructure financings.

• Experience managing transactions from structuring through financial close.
• Experience working with lenders and other capital providers.

The Opportunity

This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Project Finance professional to play a key role in financing and executing a growing portfolio of renewable energy projects. The VP will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams across development, investments, legal, accounting, and commercial functions.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Energy Finance, or a related field

• Strong experience executing renewable energy or infrastructure financings

• A strong understanding of project finance structures, debt, tax equity, and/or structured capital

• Experience managing transactions from initial structuring through financial close

• Experience working directly with lenders and other capital providers

• Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

• A track record of operating effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
