Job summary

Novacore is seeking a Vice President, Business Integrations in a hybrid role based in Conshohocken, PA or Plano, TX. You will own the PMO, drive end-to-end program delivery, and lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Finance, Compliance, Actuarial, Claims, Technology and Marketing.

You will shape governance, develop playbooks, manage vendor partnerships, and advise senior leadership on integration initiatives, including M&A related activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline; PMP, PgMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of program or project leadership, including experience leading a PMO or a multi-program portfolio.
• Experience building or maturing a PMO or delivery function, including operating model, playbooks, governance and team.
• Prior experience in the insurance sector strongly preferred, specifically within an MGA or MGU.
• Proven experience leading business integration for new programs and/or M&A transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio and program lifecycle management from intake to delivery across multiple programs.
• Build and codify the PMO, operating model, playbooks, and governance artifacts.
• Direct vendor resources and manage scope, cost, and delivery quality.
• Partner with Operations, Product and Technology to ensure testing, readiness and handoffs.
• Advise senior leadership and drive organizational design and delivery improvements.
