The VP will mentor teams, translate insights into strategy, and ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in evaluation, quality assurance, or data analytics.
• Experience building performance measurement systems and governance.

Responsibilities
