Job summary

Project Renewal in New York seeks a Quality Analyst for housing programs to support the Program Evaluation and Quality Assurance (PEQA) department. You will oversee quality of care, analyze program data, and collaborate with housing staff to drive improvements.

Experience with substance use or mental health services is preferred; the role requires strong communication, proficiency with MS Office and virtual meeting platforms, and familiarity with case management software.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field or a BA with 2+ years in human services/QA.
• Experience with adults with substance use and/or mental health issues, preferably in residential settings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual platforms, and web-based case management software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess quality of care in housing programs and partner with staff to drive improvements.
• Manage quarterly QA processes including chart audits, utilization reviews, and surveys.
• Analyze, report on, and present program data to internal stakeholders.
• Develop tools and recommendations to support program improvement.
• Lead development of chart documentation standards and QA protocols.
• Support audits readiness and track corrective actions.
• Train staff in internal QA processes and stay current with regulations.
