Job summary

Catholic Health in New York is seeking a Vice President of Quality Management and Accreditation to lead hospital-wide performance improvement initiatives. The role drives data-driven decision making, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness across the organization.

You will oversee the QM department, mentor staff, and collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to advance Lean, Six Sigma, and PDSA initiatives while aligning with Joint Commission standards and organizational

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years Quality or Performance Improvement experience.
• NYS Licensed Health Care Professional; CPHQ and/or CJCP preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and regulatory readiness.

Responsibilities

• Comprehends and uses data for PI results analysis.
• Plans, develops, and communicates PI policies and forms.
• Leads PI projects using PDSA, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Oversees Joint Commission accreditation readiness and surveys.
• Supervises QM department staff and assigns duties.
• Interacts with CHS Corporate Quality Meeting Committee.
