Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President of Product Strategy & Transformation to lead vision, strategy, and operating rhythms for a fast-scaling co-brand and partner card product. You will turn priorities into actionable workstreams and drive executive storytelling and performance reviews.

You will guide transformation initiatives, adopt new technologies including AI, improve planning and delivery, and partner with finance and people teams on headcount and budgets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, business management, consulting, financial services, or product management.
• Proven ability to manage complex programs and drive change in large, matrixed organizations.
• Demonstrated capability to design and implement operating models and organizational structures.
• Strong process improvement and transformation skills, with a track record of improving efficiency.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, including executive-level narrative development.
• Experience running operating cadences such as business reviews, town halls, and leadership offsites.
• Ability to translate leadership direction into clear, actionable plans and sustained follow-through.
• Strong financial acumen and comfort interpreting performance and efficiency metrics.
• Interest in adopting new technology, including artificial intelligence tools, to improve internal operations.
• Familiarity with product management frameworks and agile delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to product leadership, translating vision into clear priorities and plans.
• Define product vision, strategy and priorities, ensuring they map to Book of Work priorities.
• Design, evolve, and improve the team's operating model and ways of working across partner teams.
• Own the organization's operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, offsites, and town hall planning and delivery.
• Lead business reviews end-to-end, synthesizing performance, risks, and progress into clear executive narratives.
• Drive transformation and efficiency initiatives that streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve execution.
• Build and manage performance measurement approaches, including objectives, key results, and critical business indicators.
• Lead executive and stakeholder communications to drive alignment and engagement across teams.
• Improve internal communications and team engagement through consistent channels and events.
• Partner with finance and people partners on headcount planning, budget management, and organizational initiatives.
• Lead onboarding, recognition, and team enablement efforts to support a high-performing culture.
• Deliver special projects that are critical to organizational success and fall outside standard product management scope.
