Job summary

UW Credit Union—a leading Wisconsin financial cooperative—seeks a VP of Digital Product to build and govern the enterprise product roadmap across core banking and digital channels. You will own P&L for key products, lead Product Strategy Teams, and partner with Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive product-led growth.

You will translate member insights into measurable outcomes, embed regulatory guardrails, and guide a data- and AI-driven product organization that delivers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field.
• 12+ years of product management and strategic leadership in retail banking or credit unions.
• Regulatory fluency in consumer financial services (e.g., Reg E, Truth-in-Savings).
• Experience leading directors, product managers, or researchers across technical and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise product strategy & long-term roadmaps for banking products and digital experiences.
• Own checking and core deposit strategy, including account structures and interfaces.
• Drive omnichannel orchestration and digital delivery with in-house engineering teams.
• Translate member intelligence and behavioral data into product choices with AI/data analytics.
• Ensure launch readiness and operational enablement with marketing, training, and frontline teams.
