Job summary

Maverick is seeking a strategic VP of Product to own the technology and operational engine behind its insurance and warranty platforms. Lead the engineering roadmap, direct a service-delivery team, and eliminate friction through technology and applied AI.

The role spans product vision, delivery, and cross-functional partnerships to scale our AI-enabled offerings in a fast-growing homebuilding tech company. Strong leadership and data-driven decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product, technology, or operational leadership.
• Experience leading engineering teams and delivering product roadmaps.
• Strong fluency with AI and automation, and a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap across Maverick platforms, balancing client needs with back-office efficiency.
• Lead and manage in-house engineering, setting priorities and standards.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure shipping to customers.
• Direct HomeCare operations and service delivery via HomeCareOS.
• Drive optimization and scalability through automation and AI.
