Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering and platform/infrastructure leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, DevOps/SRE, observability, and API/service architectures.
• Strong strategic and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term platform engineering strategy aligned to product roadmap.
• Own architecture and delivery of core platform capabilities (infrastructure, developer platforms, CI/CD, shared services).
• Establish scalable, resilient cloud architecture and infrastructure foundation.
• Drive adoption of modern platform engineering practices (internal developer platforms, platform-as-a-product, self-service).
• Own enterprise-level application and platform architecture; define standards for system design and APIs.
