Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master's preferred.
• 10–15 years in product marketing with leadership experience.
• Experience in solar or energy industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management for hardware/software.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution of product marketing strategies to drive revenue and market share.
• Lead a global team of product marketing specialists across regions.
• Develop messaging, positioning and buyer personas.
• Create sales collateral, training materials, videos, and content for channels.
• Coordinate product launches with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitive insights to inform roadmap and pricing.
• Track performance and optimize campaigns with data-driven insights.
