Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role partners closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership to deliver scalable event programs and customer experiences that strengthen the brand and support commercial growth.

Global Events and Customer Experiences

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and lead a global events strategy and annual plan aligned with business priorities, regional growth plans, product launches, customer segments, and sales objectives.
  • Own end‑to‑end planning and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer summits, executive briefings, partner events, hospitality programs, and internal marketing‑led experiences.
  • Manage event budgets, creative development, production, logistics, staffing, agencies, vendors, executive engagement, scalable planning processes, and post‑event reporting.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership to define event goals, audience strategy, product storytelling, customer engagement plans, and executive participation.
  • Lead customer‑facing event experiences—including messaging, presentations, booth environments, product demonstrations, signage, and collateral—to ensure brand consistency, technical accuracy, and compelling storytelling.
  • Direct and manage agencies, production partners, venues, fabricators, and vendors to ensure strong execution, brand quality, and fiscal discipline.
  • Measure event performance using KPIs, customer feedback, pipeline influence, executive engagement, sales follow‑up, and ROI to improve future programs and guide investment decisions.
Brand Experience and Event Enablement

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the brand steward for events by maintaining standards for booth design, signage, presentations, product displays, messaging, and customer experiences.
  • Develop and govern event and field marketing assets while enabling internal teams, agencies, and vendors with templates, toolkits, training, and brand guidelines.
  • Manage branded merchandise, promotional programs, company store needs and field branding initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, and Sales Enablement to develop scalable toolkits, customer‑facing assets, and experience standards that support regional execution.
Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

Responsibilities include:

  • Build, mentor, and lead a high‑performing global events and brand experience team of internal and external agencies and resources.
  • Set clear priorities and manage budgets, agencies, vendors, timelines, and resources to deliver successful programs.
  • Foster collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and executive leadership.
  • Translate business priorities into clear event strategies, customer experiences, and execution roadmaps.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to guide investment decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, operational excellence, and hands‑on leadership.
Qualifications Required Experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, and communications, or a related field.

10 or more years of B2B marketing experience, with significant leadership responsibility in global events, experiential marketing, field marketing, customer marketing, or integrated marketing.

Proven success developing and executing global event strategies, executive experiences, customer programs, partner activations, and trade shows that support sales, product launches, customer engagement, and brand leadership.

Strong experience leading and managing teams, agencies, vendors, budgets, and complex cross‑functional initiatives involving internal, external, and executive stakeholders.
