Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of experience in credit risk, data strategy, product management, or related capacity.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level communications.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, and build partnerships.
• Curiosity and quick learning; high initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of financial data for credit and banking use cases.
• Ability to lead and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Process re-engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Finalize financial data models for portfolios with risk stakeholders and customers.
• Identify and define new tech features or enhancements for data models.
• Leverage AI/LLMs for new use cases, incl. data model spreading.
• Contribute to product strategy and vision for credit risk needs.
• Partner with architects to influence technical approaches for business outcomes.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform product success.
