Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience operating effectively in cross-functional agile teams to execute complex change programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to define, monitor, and improve product success metrics including cost, risk, and client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers and advances strategic priorities (including platform transformation/modernization).
• Manages discovery efforts, market research, and stakeholder dialogue to uncover customer solutions and opportunities; integrates these into the product roadmap.
• Owns and maintains a product backlog to enable agile delivery supporting the roadmap and value proposition.
• Drives strategic execution of key program milestones (e.g., GLASS) with cross-region teams.
• Builds framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, functionality, reliability, risk posture, and client experience.
• Develops and communicates commercial cases to prioritize work and support decisions that defend and grow revenue.
• Contributes to evolving operating model, data analytics, and governance across the product suite and platform.
• Develops a deep understanding of Wholesale Liquidity & Escrow product suite and infrastructure.
