Job summary

Chase is seeking a Product Manager in Connected Banking - Growth to lead development of product strategies that delight customers and drive business growth. You will own the product backlog, guide discovery and market research, and collaborate with multiple functions to align on strategic roadmaps and success metrics.

You will influence lifecycle activities from discovery to value management, leveraging data analytics to measure impact and inform prioritization across marketing and analytics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
• Partner with Product Managers to develop the strategy, roadmap, vision, and business growth targets
• Collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) stakeholders to ensure their priorities are integrated into the roadmap, shaping strategic direction and execution
• Maximize the value we extract from our experiences and data
• Measure the impact of our products on customers and the firm
• Inform product-side prioritization of centralized marketing and analytical roadmaps
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
