Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, payments, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience managing platform products or APIs.
• Experience defining product strategy and delivering via agile methods.
• Experience backlog & roadmaps prioritization and stakeholder alignment.
• Understanding of software development and engineering collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of payment platform capabilities supporting customer experiences and servicing solutions.
• Identify reusable, scalable platform capabilities for multiple products and channels.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize features.
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and delivery plans aligned to user needs and business outcomes.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs to focus on high-value outcomes.
• Maintain product documentation with epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with engineering to deliver platform solutions.
• Evaluate integration requests and opportunities, reusing existing capabilities where appropriate.
• Use data and AI-enabled tools to improve analysis, prioritization, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
