• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, portfolio management, or management consulting - within financial services, payments, or technology.
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
• Identify high-ROI AI use cases and create roadmaps.
• Translate user needs into AI product requirements with value.
• Structured and strategic thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and JIRA

Aufgaben

• Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Establish, track, and refine OKRs, KPIs, and other key business metrics; set targets and monitor progress against strategic goals.
• Oversee product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder priorities, and modernization goals.
• Partner with the project manager to plan the roadmap on an ongoing, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate effective sprint planning and resource utilization, partnering with Project manager and engineering leads to ensure timely delivery of high‑value features.
• Build and manage key relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Servicing, Legal, and Compliance.
• Support production issue resolution and feedback loops, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfaction
