Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading complex technology projects.
• Experience using enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities for program management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers to understand challenges and develop solutions to resolve them driving satisfaction and holding a customer first mentality
• Uses enterprise‑authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive‑ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
• Lead the intake and prioritization process for a portfolio of operational and technology initiatives, ensuring work is effectively evaluated, sequenced, and communicated to engineering and business stakeholders
• Establish and manage quality assurance processes to ensure work requests are thoroughly assessed, well‑defined, and supported by clear requirements that enable efficient execution and minimize ambiguity.
• Provide leadership for Product Owners and Technical Partners to help them understand all the non‑feature work required to run their product and deliver on commitments with a focus on operating metrics and executive reporting
• Develop and maintain executive‑level dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide actionable insights into portfolio performance, priorities, and key business outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
• Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data‑driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
• Promotes reuse‑first, AI‑assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards
