ON.energy in Miami, FL or Washington, DC, or remote in the U.S. seeks a Vice President of Product Management to shape the roadmap for its medium-voltage UPS systems serving data centers.

You will own product direction, translate market needs into requirements, and establish the business case and prioritization framework for future builds. Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, you will build and lead a small PM team while staying hands-on in roadmap, requirements, and customer work.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience with leadership
• Experience leading hands-on product teams with customer focus
• Experience with complex electrical hardware and mission-critical infrastructure
• Ability to define pricing, launch planning, and go-to-market strategy
• Strong understanding of data center buyers and critical power needs
• Experience with UPS or power infrastructure is a plus
• Familiarity with standards and certifications (UL 1778, IEC 62040, IEEE, NFPA 70/NEC)
