nVent’s Data Center Solutions seeks a Product Manager III to translate industry trends and customer insights into a clear product strategy for DC power solutions. You will guide development, pricing, and go-to-market plans, partnering with engineering, sales, and operations across a hybrid on-site model.

You will own multi-year roadmaps, VOC efforts, and lifecycle management, with an emphasis on delivering profitable growth and market leadership. Some travel may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or similar field.
• 7+ years of related experience in product management for hardware/industrial lines.
• Experience owning upstream and downstream product management and lifecycle.
• Demonstrated financial ownership including pricing, revenue, margin, and forecasting.
• Ability to translate customer/market needs into solutions with engineering.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

• Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for the global DC power portfolio.
• Lead market segmentation, VOC efforts, translating needs into requirements and value propositions.
• Guide development and commercialization from opportunity definition to launch.
• Build alignment across engineering, sales, marketing, operations, finance, and other teams.
• Develop the go-to-market foundation including target markets and pricing strategy.
• Evaluate suppliers and partners for fit and roadmap alignment.
• Own the product line’s financial performance through revenue planning and cost analysis.
• Monitor adoption, profitability, and lifecycle needs to adjust the roadmap.
