Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 10+ years in product management, incl. 5+ years in leadership managing multi-product roadmaps.
• Experience leading small hands-on teams and delivering complex electrical hardware products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a roadmap with clear priorities, business cases, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to identify requirements and trends in data center power infrastructure.
• Translate market insights into product requirements, pricing, certification needs, and launch timing.
• Partner with R&D and Engineering to assess technology options and risks.
• Define when customization is justified vs. standardization.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on pricing, positioning, and launches.
• Provide direction to programs and engineering to ensure released products meet intent.
• Build and mentor a small PM team and establish scalable processes.
• Represent product strategy at customer meetings and industry events.
