Job summary

ON.energy is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to own the product roadmap for our medium-voltage UPS systems powering data centers. You will define strategy, translate market needs into requirements, and establish the business case and prioritization framework for future products.

Reporting to the SVP of Engineering, you will lead a small product management team, stay hands-on in roadmap and customer work, and collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Marketing to secure successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading hands-on product teams for complex electrical hardware or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-product roadmap with clear priorities and milestones.
• Translate market insights into actionable requirements, pricing and timing.
• Collaborate with R&D/Engineering to evaluate options and drive feasibility and risk decisions.
• Lead and grow a small product management team while staying hands-on in roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on positioning, launches and go-to-market plans.
