Qualifications
- 7+ years in product management, business analysis, or software engineering in a hybrid/technical role.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with data manipulation and programming concepts (Python/SQL) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into structured technical requirements and data models.
- Collaborate with engineering to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Drive modernization of legacy systems into code-based implementations.
- Design and implement solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud services.
- Lead solution architecture discussions balancing performance and maintainability.
- Manage delivery milestones and provide status updates to stakeholders.
- Lead UAT to validate logic and data integrity.
- Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and outputs auditability.
- Coordinate with offshore and affiliate teams for alignment.
- Bridge technical and functional users, promoting robust engineering-driven solutions.
- Promote best practices in system design and data management.
