Job summary

Blackstone Technology & Innovations (BXTI) seeks a product/technical leader to drive end-to-end delivery of scalable, data‑driven solutions across Finance and Operations, including Real Estate and Private Equity. The role blends product, business analysis, and engineering with cross‑functional collaboration.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, guide architecture choices, and ensure data integrity and auditability while engaging global teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering.
• Degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Experience in real estate or private equity with performance calculations, deal life cycle, forecasting, and investor reporting.
• Translate business requirements into implementable technical specifications and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Strong programming and data manipulation skills (Python, SQL) and data pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms or modern data architectures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements and data models.
• Partner with engineering teams to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Identify opportunities to re-platform or modernize legacy solutions.
• Design, build, and implement solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud services.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions, balancing performance and scalability.
• Manage project delivery with milestones and stakeholder updates.
• Lead user acceptance testing focusing on logic and data integrity.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and validation for auditability.
• Collaborate with offshore and affiliate teams with clear technical communication.
• Bridge technical and business teams while guiding adoption of engineering-driven solutions.
• Promote best practices in system design and data management.
