Blackstone is seeking a product-focused professional to lead product and project workstreams with engineering-aligned delivery across Real Estate and Private Equity teams. You will design scalable, code-driven solutions that automate complex business processes and calculations.

The ideal candidate blends product, business analysis, and engineering, transitioning from engineering or excelling as a technical product manager.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software engineering.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear, structured technical requirements including data models and system interactions.
• Partner with engineering to design scalable, maintainable solutions using modern languages and architectures.
• Identify opportunities to re-platform or modernize legacy solutions into code-based implementations.
• Design, build, and implement solutions leveraging Python, SQL, and cloud-based services.
• Contribute to solution architecture discussions considering performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Manage project delivery by defining milestones and providing progress updates to stakeholders.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) focusing on logic, data integrity, and system behavior.
• Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and validation ensuring outputs are accurate and auditable.
• Collaborate with offshore and affiliate teams for clear technical communication and alignment.
• Serve as a technical-functional bridge, guiding adoption of engineering-driven solutions.
• Promote best practices in system design, data management, and process automation.
