You will design scalable, code-driven solutions to automate complex business processes and calculation models, partnering closely with engineering and business teams. This role sits at the intersection of product, business analysis, and engineering, requiring a hands-on contributor who can influence

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in product management, business analysis, or software engineering in a hybrid/technical role.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Engineering, CS, Math or related field.
• Experience with real estate or private equity domains; familiarity with performance calculations and investor reporting.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specs for engineering teams.
• Knowledge of programming/data manipulation (Python, SQL) and data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into structured technical requirements, data models, and system interactions.
• Collaborate with engineering to design scalable, maintainable solutions using modern architectures.
• Re-platform or modernize legacy solutions into code-based implementations.
• Design and implement solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud services.
• Lead UAT, data migration, and validation, ensuring accuracy and auditability.
• Communicate effectively with offshore and affiliate teams to align on technical directions.
