Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance product development or leadership.
• Director/VP level leadership across casualty, property, excess, or financial lines.
• Strong knowledge of policy forms, pricing approaches, and regulatory filings.
• Proven track record of launching profitable insurance products.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders in matrixed environments.
