Job summary

Genesis Resources in the United States is seeking a Head of Products to oversee and develop all product lines across the organization. This senior leadership role will set product strategy and drive execution.

The Product Leader will coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, claims, legal, compliance, technology, operations and distribution to deliver profitable, well-governed products across commercial lines.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance product development and product leadership.
• Expert knowledge of insurance product development, policy forms, pricing, methodologies, regulatory requirements, and product governance practices.
• Experience leading and influencing alignment across senior leadership teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading the creation, approval, launch and lifecycle management of profitable commercial insurance products.

Global insurance carrier is currently looking to hire their Head of Products here in the US. This role will be responsible for oversight and development across all product lines throughout the organization.

The Product Leader will be in a Senior Leadership role with responsibility for managing and coordinating property, casualty and professional lines insurance product development across the organization. Product opportunities and business priorities will be identified by the profit centers; this leader will convert those priorities in to disciplined, executable product strategies and will provide senior-level leadership coordination among relevant stakeholders and across functional areas, including underwriting, actuarial, claims, legal, compliance, technology, operations and distribution.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial insurance product development and product leadership
