James Search Group is partnering with a leading global P&C insurance carrier to appoint a Vice President of Product Development. This high-impact leadership role shapes enterprise product strategy and drives the development and evolution of commercial insurance offerings across multiple lines.

The VP will own the full product lifecycle from concept through regulatory approval, launch, and ongoing performance management, coordinating underwriting, actuarial, IT, and distribution to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial insurance product development or leadership.
• Proven track record launching profitable insurance products.
• Strong ability to align pricing, product design, and regulatory requirements.
