Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Product Delivery Manager in Corporate Responsibility Technology to lead end-to-end delivery for Morgan Impact (Grants) and Employee Engagement & Volunteerism.

You will partner with Product Management to deliver customer value through a scalable Salesforce ecosystem, championing collaboration across technology, operations, data, controls, and business stakeholders. You will drive delivery governance, release planning, and agile practices, ensuring transparency

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technology delivery or technical program delivery in a complex enterprise.
• Experience delivering Salesforce-based products with coordinated release planning.
• End-to-end product/delivery lifecycle experience from discovery to delivery.
• Strong agile leadership with facilitation of ceremonies and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with clear stakeholder alignment.
• Ability to define, track, and improve delivery and product health metrics.
• Focus on risk, controls, and audit-ready delivery practices.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to maintain transparent operating rhythms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to translate strategy into delivery plans and outcomes.
• Own delivery governance across the Salesforce portfolio including scope and risks.
• Drive cross-functional execution alignment across engineering, operations, data, and business partners.
• Establish executive-ready reporting on status, RAID, capacity, and release readiness.
• Lead release planning and coordination across environments and change processes.
• Serve as the Agility Lead for the Salesforce product suite and ensure backlog hygiene.
• Facilitate quarterly/PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos.
• Improve delivery flow and team health by addressing bottlenecks and forecasting accuracy.
• Coach teams on outcome-based planning and pragmatic agile execution.
• Coordinate portfolio-level dependencies and shared platform considerations.
